Snags along the way!
Well!
Went to bed at 2:30am. Woke up at 5:50am. I got ready for my day. A four hour flight to Lima, Peru. I am totally psyched as I have never been to Peru. My first snag was discovering a red bull had exploded in my wonderful leather bag. I spent the next 45 minutes trying to dry it with a hair dryer. When I left the bathroom I realized I had to leave in 10 minutes for the airport and I was not...
Playing hookie!
After checking with work to make sure everything was going well I left to go play tourist.
We went on a wonderful tour of the pyramids outside Mexico City and to Basilica of our Lady of Guadalupe. We also went to a “market” for local artist.

Mexico City is BIG!
We haven’t seen much yet. We are heading to the pyramids in an hour. I had some work to do today so luckily we are able to catch a later shuttle.

I am on my second plane waiting for it to take off. The layover went a lot quicker than I thought it would. I miss the foster doggy already. Door closed! Bye!

I am packed, kinda.
I said I would talk about suitcases so here goes.
The best suitcase I have ever used is the Burton wheelie sub. They call it a walk in closet on wheels. I can testify it’s true! I just packed 80 pieces of clothing, 6 pairs of shoes, 2 belts, 2 hats, 3 scarves, 1 bag of accessories, 1 bag of make up, and 1 bag of toiletries and I still have room!!!!! The secret is...

I have most of the things crossed off my list. There were 100 things I didn’t put on the list that I have to do.
Sasha (foster doggy) is playing with friends and happy. They said she whined at the door after we left. Breaks my heart!
I need to wash the car and do a load of laundry at the same time to save time.

Well, almost bye bye doggy. We are running a little late. Wanted to be on the road by 8am. I am pretty much ready. We need to pack the car with her stuff. We should be on the way soon.
